I’m on the list of the Candidates for Graduation.

I know Highschool isn’t a pretty big deal for others, but for me, it is. Now I know why people would always tell me that high school is the most enjoyable moment you’ll spend while you’re still a student. Most people might say that High School is just a piece of cake. It is for me, except for MATH. I hate to admit it, but I flunk in Math, but still manage to pass the subject despite the certain quarters that I’ve flunked.

Words cut deeper than a knife

Gimme a punch

Upper cut. Cross. Straight. Bulls eye.

The punch that I’m talking about is the kind of punch that Manny Pacquiao is famous of. I’ve always looked at boxing as a very strenuous sport, indeed, it is. But having to know that you punch so well, is a big relief, and yes, I can say that I am inlove with boxing. I’ve never been a fan of boxing, but I’ve always have the urge inside me that boxing would be a good stress and anger reliever.

Spare ‘em a lil something

If you have a lot, share what you’ve got.

On my way to the gym yesterday, I walked through this overpass for me to be able to reach the other side. While I was taking flight on the stairs, I saw a beggar sitting on the stairs and asking for alms. Since I don’t have change or a food at hand, I wasn’t able to extend my help. A lot more beggars squat on the floor, some were sleeping, others are asking for alms. It hurts my eyes whenever I see people that look like a toothpick because of how thin they got due to malnutrition. The sight I saw bugged me for the whole day and my conscience tells me that I should do a `lil something for them since I am blessed enough.

Legalization of Prostitution = better industry?

Should the government do it? Or should it still be illegal?

I still say NO to legalization of prostitution. In my CLE (Christian Living Education) class, I learned that prostitution is the longest and long-running “profession” throughout recorded history. And in ancient times, specifically in Rome, prostitutes are even given priorities. And how about now here in the Philippines? Prostitution is still considered to be the job wherein you could get easy money. Sometimes, we just can’t blame them, since they do it to make a living. To cope up with the economic crisis in order to live.

Me and my mom had a little chitchat. She told me that she tried to ask my little sister how much she loves her, and that she should show it using her fingers. My little sister raised 10 fingers, that makes it two hands. My mom made me remember the time when I was still as young as my little sister. She used to ask me the same question. She told me that my answer was cuter. When she asked me how much I love her, I raised my both hands, and I also raised my feet! I could have imagined the look on my face that time, but sadly, I forgot that moment. But still, I’m happy that my mom made me remember it. It made me reflect on the things I do as a daughter.

I wasn’t able to grab the chance to watch the Bb.Pilipinas pageant. Luckily, when I browsed Laarni’s blog site, I was able to watch the brain wracking Q & A answer of Ms. Janina San Miguel. I really don’t know if she was joking or ganun na talaga siya. So I saw this video on youtube regarding on what Ruffa Gutierrez’s comment on Janina. She basically has a point. And for Janina, please do take Ruffa’s advice and don’t take Melanie Marquez’s. It’s for your future and for the future of the Philippines. PLEASE LANG!
